NAHR distributes emergency food aid in several Yemeni districts with support from the World Food Programme

The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NAHR) has completed the distribution of emergency food aid for the December 2024 cycle, with support from the World Food Programme (WFP). The aid was distributed to thousands of households across several Yemeni districts.
In Amran Governorate, aid was distributed to 20,070 households in the districts of Maswar, Shihara, Al-Sawd, Al-Sawda, and Habur Dhulaymah. In Al-Jawf Governorate, 26,696 households benefited from the aid in the following districts: Rajuzah, Al-Marashi, Al-Hamidat, Al-Zahir, Al-Matmah, Al-Maton, and Al-Maslub. Additionally, aid was distributed in Al-Hudaydah Governorate to 31,454 households in the districts of Al-Zuhrah, Al-Qanawis, Al-Zaydiyah, Al-Mighlaf, and Al-Dahi.
These efforts are part of the emergency response to the dire humanitarian conditions faced by many Yemeni families. NAHR, in collaboration with the World Food Programme, aims to alleviate suffering and provide basic food needs for those affected.
